Role Description

This is a full-time, Homecare Physiotherapist role based in Bengaluru. The Physiotherapist will work with elder patients, providing tailored assessments and treatments to improve mobility, strength, and balance. Responsibilities include designing and implementing individualized therapy plans, monitoring progress, providing education on injury prevention, and coordinating closely with clients to achieve their health and wellness goals. The role will also involve collaborating with team members to align therapeutic approaches and goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Physiotherapy techniques, including mobility improvement, strength training, and balance enhancement.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation practices and prehab methodologies, with experience working in clinical or home-based settings.
• Strong communication skills for educating clients and collaborating with team members effectively.
• Empathy, patience, and a client-centric approach tailored to working with senior clients.
• Relevant educational qualification in Physiotherapy (Bachelor's or Master's degree).
• Certification or experience in senior fitness, geriatric care, or related areas is an added advantage.
• Ability to assess and adapt treatment plans based on client needs and progress.
