Role & responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities :

• Care & Rehabilitation of Ortho, Neuro, Obst, Cardio & Pulmo patients.
• Prepare customized therapy plan for each patient
• Prepare a home management plan to be followed by the patient.
• Ensure service excellence with high standard of customer service (reduce waiting time, no negative occurrence, proactiveness).
• Ensure that the maintenance of equipment happens as per desired schedule to ensure minimal down time.
• Maintain updated patients records.
• Accurate diagnosis of ailment & plan treatment accordingly.
• Develop good rapport with patient & physicians.
• Keep abreast with latest research, development & techniques in the field.
