Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Physiotherapist at our facility in Navi Mumbai. The Physiotherapist will be responsible for assessing patients physical conditions, developing individualized treatment plans, and administering interventions to improve mobility, strength, and overall physical rehabilitation. Duties will also include monitoring progress, educating patients and families about therapy plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes for patient recovery.

Qualifications

  • Strong capabilities in patient assessment, therapy planning, and execution of physical rehabilitation interventions
  • Knowledge and expertise in managing neurological, orthopedic, and geriatric conditions
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for patient education and interdisciplinary collaboration
  • Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centric care in compliance with medical standards and protocols
  • Physical stamina and dexterity to perform therapy sessions
  • Relevant professional certification in Physiotherapy; a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy is required
  • Prior experience in rehabilitation or clinical settings is highly preferred
  • Proficiency in documentation and reporting for patient progress tracking
