Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Noida for a Physiotherapist. The Physiotherapist will work with children with special needs to provide therapy using various protocols, including Sensory Integration Therapy, Neuro Developmental Training, and Brain Gym. The role involves assessing and evaluating children's motor and physical needs, creating tailored therapy plans, implementing therapeutic interventions, and monitoring progress to help children achieve greater independence.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Physiotherapy techniques such as Sensory Integration Therapy, Reflex Integration, and Neuro Developmental Training
- Strong understanding of child development, including motor and physical rehabilitation
- Effective communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and interdisciplinary teams
- Excellent observational and problem-solving abilities to assess and adapt therapy plans based on individual needs
- Capacity to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team and participate in outreach programs as needed
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy or a related field
- Prior experience working with children with special needs is preferred
- Dedication to fostering an environment of inclusion, patience, and empowerment
