Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist role located in Nagpur. The Physiotherapist will evaluate patients to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address pain relief, increase mobility, and enhance overall quality of life. Daily tasks include conducting physical assessments, performing manual therapy, developing exercise programs, educating patients on injury prevention, and maintaining detailed patient records. The role requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and adherence to the highest standards of patient care and safety.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Physiotherapy and hands-on experience with manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and rehabilitation techniques
• Strong assessment and diagnostic skills for developing personalized treatment plans
• Excellent communication and patient education skills for managing care and setting expectations
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care
• Proficiency in maintaining comprehensive patient records, documenting progress, and adhering to privacy regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or an equivalent qualification; certification or licensure as required by the state of Maharashtra
• Experience in treating a variety of patient conditions, including musculoskeletal, neurological, and sports-related injuries
