Role Description This is a full-time Physiotherapist role based in Kochi with a hybrid work arrangement, combining in-clinic care with some work-from-home responsibilities for documentation, teleconsultations, and follow-ups. The Physiotherapist will assess patients using evidence-based evaluation methods, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver hands-on therapy for sports injuries, musculoskeletal conditions, and functional impairments. Daily responsibilities include conducting one-on-one therapy sessions, monitoring progress, updating clinical notes, and adjusting treatment plans based on patient response. The role also involves educating patients on exercise programs, posture, ergonomics, and injury prevention, as well as collaborating with other team members to ensure high-quality, coordinated care. The Physiotherapist will uphold professional standards, maintain accurate records, and contribute to continuous improvement of clinical protocols and patient experience.

Qualifications

  • Recognized Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT) and valid professional registration/license as required.
  • Strong clinical skills in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, sports rehabilitation, and conservative management of pain and mobility disorders.
  • Experience or training in advanced techniques such as manual therapy, dry needling, kinesiology taping, and functional rehabilitation is highly preferred.
  • Ability to perform thorough assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and track outcomes using evidence-based practices.
  • Comfort with hybrid care delivery, including in-person sessions, teleconsultations, and digital documentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to educate, motivate, and support individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage a varied caseload and maintain accurate clinical records.
