Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist role based in Daskroi. The Physiotherapist will assess clients physical conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver physiotherapy sessions focused on rehabilitation, posture correction, pain management, and functional improvement. Daily responsibilities include conducting physical evaluations, documenting progress, educating clients on exercises and preventive care, and collaborating with Pilates instructors and other team members to ensure integrated care. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, adhering to clinical protocols, and contributing to a safe, inclusive, and professional clinic environment.
Qualifications
- Professional physiotherapy skills, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and rehabilitation techniques.
- Knowledge of musculoskeletal, orthopedic, sports, and postural conditions, and experience designing targeted exercise programs.
- Strong client communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills to educate and motivate clients of diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary setting with fitness and Pilates professionals.
- Degree or diploma in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution; valid professional registration or license as required by local regulations.
- Experience in clinical, sports, or wellness settings is an advantage; interest or training in Pilates is a plus.
- Good documentation, time management, and organizational skills, with a commitment to ethical, non-discriminatory practice.
- Willingness to continuously update knowledge through professional development and evidence-based practice.
