Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Physiotherapist based in Ranchi. The Physiotherapist will assess, diagnose, and design personalized treatment plans for patients and athletes. Responsibilities include conducting physiotherapy sessions, monitoring progress, and providing rehabilitation to achieve optimized performance or recovery. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and ensuring adherence to data-driven treatment protocols is essential. The role will involve guiding patients through exercises, using advanced equipment, and educating them about long-term wellness practices.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and skills in Physiotherapy techniques, Rehabilitation, and Physical Therapy
• Experience with assessment and treatment using advanced physiotherapy equipment
• Ability to develop and implement personalized recovery and performance-enhancing plans
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient education and collaboration
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to create data-driven treatment protocols
• Graduate or post-graduate degree in Physiotherapy or a related field
• Certifications or experience in sports physiotherapy are advantageous
• Experience working with athletes and/or in high-performance centers is a plus
• 2-5 years of Experience Required
