Physio/Physical Therapist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionatePhysiotherapist / Physical Therapist to work with children with various physical disabilities, developmental delays, or injuries. The successful candidate will assess, plan, and implement physiotherapy programs to promote optimal physical development, mobility, and function in children.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify children's physical strengths, weaknesses, and needs.

2. Treatment Planning: Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy programs to address children's physical goals and needs.

3. Therapy Sessions: Provide physiotherapy sessions to children, using evidence-based techniques and interventions.

4. Progress Monitoring: Regularly monitor and evaluate children's progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.

5. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

6. Education and Support: Educate families and caregivers strategies to support children's physicaldevelopment.

Requirements:

1. Education: Degree in Physiotherapy or Physical Therapy.

(BPT or MPT)

2. Experience: Experience working with children with various physical disabilities or developmental delays.

3. Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

4. Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as pediatric physiotherapy certifications, may be an asset.
