Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Post Graduate Physics Teacher (PGT) based in Kolkata. The Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons in their specialized subject area, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback. Additional responsibilities include developing teaching materials, organizing classroom activities, and ensuring a supportive and inclusive learning environment. Active participation in school events and collaboration with colleagues and parents to further enrich the educational experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Lesson Planning and Education to design and implement an effective curriculum.
• Proven abilities in Teaching and Training to deliver lessons and mentor students effectively.
• Excellent Communication skills to interact with students, colleagues, and parents.
• Educational qualifications: A postgraduate degree in the relevant subject along with B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) or an equivalent teaching certification.
• Proficiency in classroom management and fostering a positive learning environment.
• Experience in using modern teaching methodologies and educational technologies is preferred.
