• Develop and organize curriculum-aligned lesson plans, notes, assignments, and lab activities.
• Use visual aids, simulations, and digital tools to simplify complex concepts.

Conduct Practical Experiments:

• Supervise lab work and experiments to enhance hands-on learning.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed in the laboratory.

Assess and Evaluate Student Performance:

• Create and grade exams, quizzes, projects, and lab reports.
• Track student progress and identify areas for improvement.

Classroom Management:

• Maintain discipline and foster a productive and respectful classroom environment.

Encourage Scientific Thinking:

• Promote curiosity, critical thinking, and problem-solving among students.
• Guide students in applying physics principles to real-world situations.

Provide Academic Support:

• Offer one-on-one or group support for students needing extra help.
• Prepare students for board exams, competitive exams (like JEE/NEET), or university entrance tests, if applicable.

Stay Updated with Curriculum and Technology:

• Keep up with new teaching methods, tools, and syllabus changes.
• Integrate smart boards, simulations, or online learning platforms when needed.

Administrative and Collaborative Duties:

• Attend faculty meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development sessions.
• Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary projects or events.
