Role Description

This is a part-time on-site Physics Teacher role based in Kolkata. The Physics Teacher will be responsible for conducting engaging and effective lessons, creating lesson plans, preparing course materials, and using innovative teaching strategies to simplify complex concepts. Additional responsibilities include assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and supporting students in achieving their academic goals. Collaboration with other faculty and participation in faculty meetings will also be required.

• Strong subject expertise in Physics and a thorough understanding of curriculum standards
• Teaching techniques and classroom management skills to promote effective learning
• Assessment and evaluation skills to track student performance and provide feedback
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills
• Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
• Educational qualifications: A bachelor's or master's degree in Physics or a related field. A teaching certification or B.Ed. degree is highly preferred
• Experience in preparing students for competitive exams like NEET, IIT-JEE is an advantage
