About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and academically strong Physics SME to develop high-quality content for Classes 11–12. The candidate will be responsible for creating curriculum-aligned study material, questions, solutions, and Kannada video explanations for State Board/KCET-level students. The role requires excellent Physics knowledge, strong English writing skills, and fluency in spoken Kannada.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality Physics content for Classes 11–12, including:
- Study Modules
- Test Papers
- DPPs (Daily Practice Problems)
- Create English-language question content covering:
- Conceptual Questions
- Numerical Problems
- Application-based & Higher-Order Thinking Questions
- Prepare detailed and accurate text solutions in English for all questions.
- Record video solutions in Kannada with:
- Clear conceptual explanations
- Step-by-step problem-solving approach
- Student-friendly teaching style and pace
- Ensure all content is:
- Accurate and error-free
- Aligned with current curriculum and exam patterns (State Board/KCET)
- Review and revise content based on Academic and QC feedback.
- Maintain strict content delivery timelines.
- Coordinate closely with Academic, Content, and Quality Check teams for approval and publishing.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong command over Physics for Classes 11–12
- Excellent written English skills for academic content creation
- Fluency in spoken Kannada for video recordings
- Experience in academic content development preferred
- Good understanding of CBSE/State Board curriculum
- Exposure to JEE/NEET content is an added advantage
- Ability to create concept-based, numerical, and application-oriented questions
- Proficiency in MS Word and Google Docs
- Comfortable using digital whiteboard/pen tablet for video explanations
- Prior teaching or educational content development experience preferred
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physics or a related field
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in school or competitive exam academic content development preferred

- Strong conceptual understanding of Physics
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in content creation
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for teaching and student learning outcomes
