Physics Masters – AI Training Specialist

About The Role

We're looking for Masters-level physicists to help train and improve cutting-edge AI models. Your deep understanding of physics will directly shape how AI reasons through complex problems — from classical mechanics to quantum theory. What You'll Do

  • Design challenging, rigorous physics problems spanning mechanics, electromagnetism, thermodynamics, quantum mechanics, and more
  • Develop clear, step-by-step solutions with logically sound reasoning
  • Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, depth, and quality of scientific reasoning
  • Collaborate with researchers to refine benchmarks across undergraduate to Masters-level topics
  • Provide structured, expert feedback that helps AI models think more like a physicist

Who You Are

  • Currently pursuing or have completed a Masters degree in Physics, Applied Physics, or a closely related field
  • Strong problem-solving ability across advanced physics domains
  • Able to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly and precisely in writing
  • Detail-oriented with a rigorous approach to logic and accuracy
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently and asynchronously
  • No prior AI experience required

Nice to Have

  • Experience with data annotation, evaluation systems, or academic content creation
  • Familiarity with AI or machine learning workflows
  • Background in research, tutoring, or scientific writing
