Role Description The Physics Faculty (CBSE) will be responsible for teaching Physics to students in classes 11 & 12, with a primary focus on CBSE curriculum requirements. This full-time, on-site role based in Noida involves planning and delivering structured lessons, explaining concepts clearly, assigning and reviewing homework, and preparing students for school examinations and competitive tests. The faculty member will conduct doubt-solving sessions, track student performance, and provide regular feedback to learners and guardians. The role also includes designing and updating study materials, question banks, and practice tests, as well as participating in faculty meetings and academic planning. The Physics Faculty will contribute to maintaining a positive, disciplined, and inclusive classroom environment aligned with the institute's holistic teaching philosophy.
Qualifications
- Strong subject-matter expertise in Physics, with the ability to teach CBSE curriculum effectively across classes 11 & 12.
- Background in Physics Education and Mathematics to support conceptual clarity, numerical problem-solving, and interdisciplinary learning.
- Exposure to Theoretical Physics and Astronomy to enrich classroom discussions, connect concepts to real-world and advanced applications, and inspire curiosity.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physics or a closely related field from a recognized institution.
- Prior teaching or coaching experience at school or coaching center level, preferably with CBSE board students.
