Role Overview
We are seeking highly motivated and knowledgeable Physics and Chemistry Faculty Members to teach and mentor aspirants preparing for BSc Nursing Entrance Examinations across various state and institutional levels.
The role involves delivering engaging lectures, developing high-quality academic content, and guiding students to excel in nursing entrance examinations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive and engaging lectures for BSc Nursing Entrance Exams (Physics & Chemistry as per specialization).
- Design structured course plans, lesson strategies, and effective exam-oriented teaching methodologies.
- Create high-quality academic content including study materials, practice questions, mock tests, PPTs, and question banks aligned with entrance exam patterns.
- Analyze previous year question trends and develop targeted preparation strategies.
- Clarify students doubts and provide individual academic mentorship when required.
- Stay updated with the latest entrance exam patterns, syllabus changes, and state-level exam notifications.
- Collaborate with content, video production, and product teams to ensure seamless and high-quality course delivery.
- Mentor and motivate students to achieve their academic and career goals in nursing education.
Qualifications & Skills
Educational Qualification:
- Master's Degree / Bachelor's Degree in the respective subject (Physics / Chemistry).
- Strong conceptual command over 11th & 12th standard syllabus aligned with nursing entrance exams.
Experience:
- Prior teaching experience for nursing-entrance or foundation courses preferred.
- Freshers with excellent subject expertise and strong teaching aptitude may also apply.
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for entrance exam preparation.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Ability to create engaging, interactive, and student-centric learning experiences.
- Data-driven approach towards result improvement and performance tracking.
