Experience Required:
- 24 years of experience in Teaching and doubt-solving, preferably for JEE aspirants.
Qualification & Eligibility:
- Candidates who have cleared JEE will be preferred.
- A strong academic background and subject knowledge are mandatory.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong conceptual understanding of the subject.
- Ability to provide clear, step-by-step solutions in a student-friendly manner.
- Capability to create original, plagiarism-free explanations.
- Comfortable recording high-quality video solutions when required.
- Good written communication skills to ensure clarity and accuracy in solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Solve academic doubts raised by students with accuracy and conceptual clarity.
- Maintain a high level of student satisfaction through timely doubt resolution.
- Ensure consistent adherence to academic standards and content quality.
- Handle doubts in different formats, including text-based, image-based, and typed questions.
- Meet daily doubt resolution targets and maintain a Doubt Solving Rate (DSR) above 90%.
Shift Timings:
- Morning Shift: 10:00 AM 06:30 PM
- Evening Shift: 04:00 PM 12:30 AM
