Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Physician Assistant, Nursing Assistant, or EEG Technician. The role involves conducting patient assessments, providing direct patient care, assisting in medical procedures, performing diagnostic tests including EEGs, and collaborating with the medical team to develop and implement treatment plans. The role requires maintaining accurate medical records, educating patients and families about treatment plans and interventions, and ensuring adherence to clinic protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience in patient assessments and direct patient care
• Proficiency in performing diagnostic tests, particularly EEGs
• Ability to assist in medical procedures and implement treatment plans
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to educate patients and families in English
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate medical records
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant healthcare field
• Experience in mental health care is a plus
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
