This is a full-time on-site role located in Ernakulam, for a Physician Assistant specializing in Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery (CVTS). The Physician Assistant will work closely with physicians and surgeons to provide pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care to patients undergoing cardiovascular and thoracic procedures. Responsibilities include conducting patient evaluations, assisting in surgeries, interpreting diagnostic tests, managing patient records, and educating patients and their families on post-treatment care plans. Successful candidates will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless and efficient delivery of patient care.

• Strong clinical and technical skills, including patient evaluations, diagnostic test interpretation, and surgical assistance.
• Knowledge of cardiovascular and thoracic surgical procedures and post-operative care management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient education and team collaboration.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Proven attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate patient records.
• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Physician Assistant Studies from a recognized institution.
• Certification as a Physician Assistant and valid license to practice in India.
• Prior experience in cardiovascular and thoracic surgery is highly desirable.
