Physical Fitness Trainer (Freelancer)

We are seeking a Physical Fitness Trainer to design and lead effective fitness programs that help clients improve their strength, flexibility, and overall fitness. You will assess clients physical conditions, create customized training plans, and provide hands-on training to achieve fitness goals.

Responsibilities:

• Assess clients physical fitness levels and develop personalized training plans.
• Lead one-on-one and group training sessions focused on strength, endurance, and flexibility.
• Guide clients in proper techniques, posture, and exercises to prevent injuries.
• Track client progress and adjust training plans as needed.
• Provide motivation, encouragement, and support throughout the training process.

Must-Have Skills:

• Experience in creating and leading fitness programs.
• Strong understanding of physical fitness techniques and injury prevention.
• Excellent communication and motivational skills.
