Salary: 20,000 25,000 per month

Role Overview

The role involves training students in sports, improving their physical fitness, and fostering discipline and teamwork. The candidate should be energetic, organized, and passionate about sports education.

Key Responsibilities1. Training & Coaching

• Conduct daily sports training sessions
• Teach rules, techniques, and strategies
• Improve stamina, fitness, and performance

2. Student Development

• Identify talented students
• Encourage participation in sports
• Maintain discipline and sportsmanship

3. Event Management

• Organize tournaments and sports events
• Prepare students for competitions
• Handle inter-school/intra-school events

4. Fitness & Safety

• Ensure warm-up and cool-down routines
• Monitor student health and fitness
• Maintain safety during activities

5. Equipment Management

• Maintain sports equipment
• Ensure proper usage and storage

6. Reporting & Coordination

• Track attendance and performance
• Coordinate with school staff
• Report student progress

Required Skills

• Knowledge of sports (Cricket, Football, Basketball, etc.)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to handle groups of students
• Discipline and time management
• Basic first-aid knowledge (preferred)

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education (B.P.Ed) / M.P.Ed (preferred)
• Relevant sports certifications are a plus
