Physical Education Director – Job Description

Qualification & Experience:

• M.P.Ed. / equivalent; Ph.D. preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a university/higher-education institution.
• Strong leadership, sports administration, event management, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all university sports and physical education activities.
• Plan and conduct sports events, tournaments, and fitness programmes.
• Manage sports teams, coaches, facilities, and equipment.
• Identify and develop student sporting talent.
• Coordinate inter-university, state, and national-level competitions.
• Prepare sports budgets, reports, and activity calendars.
• Ensure safety, discipline, and compliance with university/sports regulations.

Location: Guntur Andhra Pradesh
