Job Description

Independently handle 1 Medium (400K instances) and 1 Complex (800K instances) block; for Engineer 2 & 3, manage 2 Medium HMs.
Take responsibility for HMs from Netlist to GDS including Floorplan, Implementation, Timing Closure, FV, CLP, and PV.
Perform IR drop analysis (preferred).
Apply strong technical knowledge for problem solving and debugging with minimal supervision.
Work on Multi-Voltage Domain HMs or have good understanding of multi-voltage design concepts.
Debug high-utilization, congested, and timing-driven blocks during Implementation.
Perform Static Timing Analysis (STA) and write Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
Knowledge of Perl and Tcl scripting is advantageous.
Work experience in Low-Power design is a plus.
Use industry tools such as Cadence ICC/ICC2, Synopsys STARXT/PTSI, Synopsys Olympus/Caliber, Mentor Rehawk, and Apache tools.
