Role: Principal Physical AI Architect – OT & Edge Systems
Location: Bangalore / Noida / Chennai (Hybrid)
Role Purpose
Engineer deterministic, secure, real-time edge AI systems that fuse sensors, controls and ML into production operations across factories, grids/substations and energy assets—mapped to NVIDIA IGX/Jetson, Metropolis/DeepStream and Triton.
Key Responsibilities
- Design edge reference stacks on IGX/Jetson/x86 with containerized inference (Triton), stream processing (DeepStream), time-series adapters, and OT protocol bridges (OPC UA/Modbus/DNP3/IEC-61850); integrate with SCADA/DCS and historians.
- Implement MLOps@Edge: model versioning, telemetry, drift detection, canary/blue-green rollouts and OTA updates.
- Engineer safety & cyber controls: segmented networks, secure boot, artifact signing, SBOMs, fail-safe states; align to IEC-62443 baselines.
- Co-develop performance validation with NVIDIA SEs (latency, throughput, device utilization).
- Partner with Vision/Robotics and Twins principals to close loops (sense → decide → act) and feed twins with live telemetry.
Qualifications
- 10–15 years in industrial edge/OT with production deployments; hands-on Jetson/IGX, Triton, DeepStream; SCADA/DCS and industrial networks.
- Linux/K8s, GitOps, IaC (Helm/Terraform), observability; designed sub-100 ms inference paths.
