Job Description Full-Stack PHP / Laravel Developer
Role: Full-Stack PHP Developer (Laravel + Core PHP)
Experience: 23 years (flexible for the right candidate)
Location: Remote
Key Requirements:
- Strong in Core PHP & Laravel solid understanding of MVC architecture, Eloquent ORM, Blade/Livewire, queues, events, and API integrations.
- Server & Hosting Expertise hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, SSL, security groups) and shared hosting setups. Ability to troubleshoot server issues, configure PHP/Apache/Nginx, and optimize performance.
- Deployment & GitHub CI/CD experience with Git workflows, automated deployments, branch management, and rollback strategies.
- Debugging & Problem Solving excellent at identifying and resolving technical issues quickly using logs, monitoring tools, and best practices.
- General Tech Savvy knowledge of Composer, npm, MySQL performance tuning, cron jobs, caching (Redis/OPcache), and security hardening.
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of Docker or containerized deployments
- Familiarity with frontend basics (Bootstrap, jQuery, React is a plus)
