Hands on experience with PHP development & popular Frameworks
Should have hands on experience in DB, Writing complex optimized queries
Knowledge of PHP unit
Knowledge on Devops.
Ability to implement simple to medium stories independently.
Ability to analyze future stories and define solution.
Familiarity with agile development
Good communication
PHP Symphony is preferred
should be able to lead a team of 4 5
Ability to stand ground with difficult clients
