PHP developer TEAM LEAD

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Backend Team Lead to architect and deliver robust, scalable systems while mentoring a team of developers. The ideal candidate will bridge strategic technical vision with practical execution, ensuring high-quality solutions aligned closely with business objectives and technology best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Architect, design and deliver mission-critical modules end-to-end
• Write production-grade code daily; lead reviews, debugging, refactoring
• Embed TDD, CI/CD, design principles, and engineering best practices
• Develop high-performance, scalable backend systems that power global products
• Partner with Team Lead, PMs, QA, and product designers to define and execute features
• Criteria:
• 6+ years of backend development experience; 2+ years in technical leadership
• Experience in leading a team of atleast 3-4 engineers
