Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a PHP Developer at Suitepedia. The PHP Developer will design, develop, and maintain back-end services and APIs that power Suitepedia's content and learning platform. Day-to-day work includes writing clean and efficient PHP code, integrating third-party services, optimizing database interactions, and collaborating on architecture and performance improvements. The role also involves working with front-end colleagues to ensure smooth data flow, participating in code reviews, and contributing to documentation and technical best practices. The developer will regularly troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements based on user feedback, and support the continuous improvement of Suitepedia's technical ecosystem.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Back-End Web Development and Programming, with a focus on PHP and server-side logic.
• Candidates should possess solid Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and general Software Development skills, including design patterns and clean code practices.
• Candidates should possess foundational Front-End Development skills to collaborate effectively on integrations and user-facing features.
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL or PostgreSQL), version control (Git), and RESTful API development is highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with NetSuite, SuiteScript, or ERP systems is a plus, as well as experience working in remote, distributed teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience, along with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
