About the RoleWe are looking for a PHP Web Developer who can build, optimize, and maintain high-performing websites and web applications that directly support marketing campaigns, lead generation, and user engagement. This role requires a strong understanding of both backend development and how web experiences drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, test, and maintain dynamic websites and web applications using PHP
- Build and manage landing pages, microsites, and campaign-specific web assets
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to translate business requirements into functional solutions
- Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO best practices
- Integrate third-party tools such as CRMs, analytics platforms, and marketing automation systems
- Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
- Manage databases and ensure data security and integrity
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
- Implement tracking mechanisms (pixels, events, tags) for campaign performance
Required Skills & Experience- Strong proficiency in PHP and frameworks such as Laravel or CodeIgniter
- Solid understanding of MySQL and database design
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles
- Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress (custom themes/plugins preferred)
- Experience integrating APIs and third-party tools
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals and website performance optimization
- Strong understanding of Hosting and integrating to domains is expected
- Knowledge of version control systems (Git)
Good to Have- Experience working in a marketing, agency, or growth-focused environment
- Exposure to tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, HubSpot, or similar
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
