Technical Skills (PHP Development)
Core PHP & OOP Concepts Strong grasp of PHP 7/8, object-oriented programming, namespaces, traits, and error handling.
Frameworks Proficiency in at least one major PHP framework (Laravel preferred, Symfony, CodeIgniter, or Yii acceptable).
Database Management Strong SQL skills with MySQL/MariaDB or PostgreSQL, including optimization and indexing.
Web Technologies Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
RESTful APIs Building/consuming APIs, authentication (JWT/OAuth2), and third-party integrations.
Debugging & Testing Debugging tools (Xdebug), unit testing with PHPUnit or Pest.
Security Best Practices SQL injection prevention, XSS, CSRF protection, password hashing.
Deployment & Hosting Familiarity with Apache/Nginx, Linux environments, and CI/CD pipelines.
LMS Administration Skills
User Management Creating, updating, and managing learner accounts, roles, and permissions.

System Configuration Setting up categories, certifications, notifications, and reports.
Reporting & Analytics Generating learner progress/completion reports and sharing with stakeholders.
Troubleshooting Identifying and resolving user access, content upload, and tracking issues.
Integrations Working knowledge of LMS integrations (SSO, HRMS, third-party tools).
Basic Content Updates Coordinating with instructional designers and developers to update learning materials.
