Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and dedicated PHP Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining dynamic web applications, writing clean and efficient code, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain scalable PHP-based web applications.
- Write clean, well-documented, and reusable code.
- Work closely with front-end developers, designers, and other team members to deliver projects on time.
- Integrate third-party APIs, databases, and web services as needed.
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues across multiple browsers and platforms.
- Participate in code reviews and follow best practices for development.
- Maintain and improve existing systems and suggest improvements where necessary.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a PHP Developer (typically 2+ years).
- Strong knowledge of PHP and the CodeIgniter framework
- Proficient in front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Experience working with MySQL and other relational databases.
- Understanding of MVC architecture and RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
