Job Title: Senior Full Stack PHP Developer

Job Description We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack PHP Developer with 8+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in both backend and frontend technologies, with hands-on experience in PHP (5.6 and above, including PHP 7.x/8.x), modern JavaScript frameworks, and robust system design principles. A solid understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and performance optimization is essential. Experience in compliance-driven or audit-based systems will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack web applications using PHP and modern frontend technologies

• Lead backend development using PHP (5.6+) including PHP 7.x and 8.x

• Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js)

• Architect end-to-end solutions with a focus on scalability, performance, and security

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and QA

• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues

• Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews

• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in PHP development with full stack exposure

• Strong proficiency in PHP 5.6+ including PHP 7.x/8.x

• Expertise in frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern JS frameworks (React/Angular/Vue)

• Strong understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and system design • Hands-on experience with MySQL or other relational databases

• Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs

• Proficiency with MVC frameworks such as Laravel, CodeIgniter, or Symfony

• Experience with version control tools like Git

• Familiarity with web security best practices and performance optimization

• Experience with local development environments such as XAMPP, Docker, etc. Good to Have

• Experience working on CRM, ERP, or SaaS-based platforms • Exposure to audit management tools or compliance-driven applications

• Knowledge of microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
