PHP Developer
We are seeking a Technical developer with strong leadership, problem-solving, and hands-on expertise to lead product development, ensure secure solutions, and manage enterprise-level projects.
Responsibilities:
- Backend development using PHP, Laravel, CodeIgniter (CI), and MVC frameworks.
- Manage and optimize existing platforms, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Design, develop, debug, and integrate new modules, APIs, and middleware solutions.
- Drive customization and optimization of enterprise applications/products (CRM and others), including database management.
- Work with frontend & backend stacks: HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery, AJAX, Bootstrap, JSON, REST
- Added advantage of React Native (plus Angular/Node/React/Vue JS).
- Ensure secure coding, server-side solutions (configurations, hosting, domains), and deployment optimization.
- Guide full software lifecycle: estimation, coding, risk/reliability analysis, code optimization, and monitoring.
- Leverage AI, data engineering/science, and reporting/integration services for product innovation.
- Lead teammates with clear communication, mentoring, and hands-on problem resolution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT/Engineering.
- Strong technical expertise in PHP, Laravel, CodeIgniter, MySQL, and modern JS frameworks.
- Experience in CRM systems, customization, and enterprise-level application management.
- Knowledge of security best practices, OOPs, GitHub/version control.
- Solution-oriented mindset with experience in AI and data-driven solutions.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
