PHP developer

• Coordinate with project managers and team to create detailed project plans for achieving timeliness and 100% quality in each project and deliverables
• Determine appropriate architecture, technical solutions and make relevant recommendations to clients
• Update knowledge on evolving development practices and try to integrate them into day-to-day operations
• Engage in outside-the-box thinking to provide high value-of-service to clients
• Be actively involved in and contribute regularly to the development community of the CMS (Magento/ Joomla/ WordPress)
• Develop innovative, reusable web-based tools for activism and community building
