We are looking for a skilled PHP Developer with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and hands-on experience in building scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should be proficient in PHP 8+, MySQL, and Vanilla JavaScript (ES6), with experience working on RESTful APIs. Familiarity with Laravel will be an added advantage, as part of our client dashboard is built on that framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, enhance, and maintain backend components using PHP 8+.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following OOP principles.
- Design and manage MySQL databases, ensuring data integrity and performance optimization.
- Build dynamic frontend functionalities using Vanilla JavaScript (ES6 features: async/await, export/import, spread operator, etc.).
- Integrate and consume RESTful APIs for seamless communication between systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
- Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize application performance.
- Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.
Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in PHP (8+) and OOP concepts.
- Experience with MySQL database design and query optimization.
- Good understanding of Vanilla JavaScript (ES6 concepts).
- Hands-on experience with REST API development and integration.
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
- Knowledge of Laravel framework is a plus.
