About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and proactive Photographer / Videographer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about Photography, Videography, Events, and enjoys creating visually compelling content. The candidate will be responsible for capturing and managing property images and videos, overseeing event execution and coverage, and ensuring brand consistency across visual content.

Key Responsibilities:

Photography & Videography

● Visit properties across Mumbai to capture high-quality images and videos.

● Edit photos and videos to meet brand standards using tools like Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro.

● Ensure timely uploading of property visuals to CRM and other internal systems.

● Design static creatives such as Banners, Posters, Brochures, and Social Media posts.

● Create compelling Reels, Short videos, and walkthroughs to promote listings on social media and digital platforms.

Event Management & Coverage

● Manage company events, and other internal/external engagements.

● Capture photos and videos during all events, including employee engagement activities.

● Edit high-quality videos for Marketing, Social Media, & other platforms.

● Create event highlights and promotional content post-event.

Branding & Creative Content

● Work in alignment with brand guidelines to maintain consistency in all visual content.

● Suggest and execute new ideas for content creation, especially for digital and social media.

● Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing and promotional campaigns.

Requirements:

● Degree/Diploma in Multimedia, Animation, Design, or related field (Preferred).

● Proven experience in photography and event management (Portfolio required).

● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).

● Owns professional photography equipment (camera, lenses, etc.), this is a mandatory requirement.

● Ability to coordinate with sales teams and clients on-site.

● Strong time management and ownership mindset.

● Basic communication skills (English preferred).

● Familiarity with real estate photography (preferred but not mandatory).

● Knowledge of 2D/3D animation would be an added advantage.
