Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Photographer/Videographer role based in Ahmedabad. The role involves planning, shooting, and editing photos and videos for digital campaigns, social media content, brand stories, and client projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with designers and marketers to conceptualize visual content, setting up lighting and equipment, directing subjects during shoots, and ensuring consistent brand aesthetics across all media. The Photographer/Videographer will manage project timelines, organize and maintain media libraries, and deliver high-quality outputs optimized for various digital platforms. The role also requires staying updated on visual trends in marketing and recommending creative approaches that enhance client engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in digital photography and videography, including composition, lighting, and camera operation.
• Proficiency with photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar tools).
• Experience in creating visual content for digital marketing, social media campaigns, and brand communication.
• Ability to plan and execute shoots, including location scouting, shot lists, and basic production management.
• Solid understanding of visual storytelling, branding, and designing content for various digital formats and aspect ratios.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with creative, marketing, and client teams.
• Relevant education or training in photography, videography, media, design, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior agency or marketing experience is an advantage, especially in fast-paced startup environments.
