About The Role
We are looking for a creative Photographer & Videographer to own the visual storytelling across digital and offline platforms. You will be responsible for capturing high-quality photo and video content for social media, websites, marketing campaigns, events, and brand initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating compelling visual content, can independently manage shoots, and is passionate about producing work that elevates a brand's identity.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality photo and video content for marketing campaigns, events, facilities, and brand storytelling.
- Plan and execute shoots, including concept development, location scouting, lighting, scheduling, and talent direction.
- Edit videos for social media, promotional campaigns, event films, and long-form content.
- Edit and retouch photographs while maintaining a consistent visual style.
- Collaborate with the in-house creative and marketing teams on campaign execution.
- Organize and maintain a structured archive of photos and video assets.
- Stay updated with photography, videography, lifestyle, and social media trends.
- Travel regularly between company locations for shoots and campaigns.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of professional experience in photography and videography.
- Strong portfolio showcasing both photography and video projects.
- Experience in sports, fitness, lifestyle, hospitality, or branding is preferred.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
- Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
- Ability to independently manage shoots from planning to final delivery.
- Strong creative eye with excellent storytelling skills.
- Based in Bangalore or willing to relocate.
- Willingness to travel regularly.
Preferred Skills
- Experience shooting action sports or low-light environments.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, sound design, or advanced color grading.
- Familiarity with AI-powered editing tools.
- Drone photography/videography experience.
- Outdoor adventure or sports photography experience.
- Personal interest in fitness, climbing, or outdoor sports is an advantage.
