We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Photographer & Video Editor who can handle end-to-end visual content creation. The role requires strong expertise in product photography, photo editing, and video shooting/editing, with a clear understanding of brand presentation and export-market requirements. The candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality visual assets for catalogs, buyers, website, and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Photography
- Execute product photography including rugs, samples, textures, close-ups, and lifestyle shots.
- Plan and conduct studio and on-site shoots as per briefs.
- Ensure correct lighting, color accuracy, scale, and composition.
- Maintain visual consistency across collections and seasons.
2. Photo Editing & Retouching
- Perform professional photo editing and retouching, including:
- Color correction and color matching
- Background cleaning/removal
- Shadow, contrast, and sharpness adjustments
- Optimize images for catalogs, website, and digital use.
- Follow proper file naming, version control, and folder discipline.
3. Video Shooting & Editing
- Shoot and edit videos for:
- Product presentations
- Manufacturing and process videos
- Social media reels and promotional content
- Edit videos with clean cuts, transitions, subtitles, and basic sound correction.
- Export videos in required formats for web, social media, and buyer presentations.
4. Coordination & Asset Management
- Coordinate with Design, Merchandising, and Marketing teams for shoot planning.
- Maintain a well-organized digital library of photos and videos.
- Deliver content as per timelines and content calendars.
5. Quality & Brand Standards
- Ensure all visual content meets brand and quality standards.
- Rework or reshoot content if quality benchmarks are not met.
- Stay updated with photography and video trends relevant to home furnishing and exports.

Photography & Video Equipment
- DSLR / Mirrorless cameras
- Studio lighting, softboxes, reflectors
- Lenses (macro, wide-angle, prime)
- Tripods and basic video rigs
Experience and Qualifications
- 25 years of experience in product photography and editing
- Hands-on experience in both photo and video editing
- Portfolio showcasing photography and video work
- Diploma / Degree in Photography, Visual Arts, Media, or related field (preferred)
