Position: Professional Photographer (On-site) India. This role supports clinical teams by producing standardized clinical photography, marketing assets, and studio imagery used across patient records, digital channels, and treatment planning.
Role & Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality clinical and studio images including standardized before/after patient photos, procedure documentation, and practitioner headshots using DSLR/mirrorless systems.
- Set up and operate studio and portable lighting, backdrops, and camera rigs to ensure consistent, reproducible results across patients and sessions.
- Edit and retouch images to clinical and marketing standardscolor correction, exposure, cropping, and basic blemish removalwhile preserving clinical integrity.
- Manage digital asset workflows: ingest, catalogue, secure, and deliver images to EMR systems and marketing teams with accurate metadata and version control.
- Ensure patient consent, privacy, and data security protocols are followed for all image capture and storage activities; support clinicians with imaging protocol guidance.
- Collaborate with clinical staff and marketing to plan photo shoots, maintain studio equipment, and recommend process improvements for faster turnaround and standardization.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Proven experience operating DSLR/mirrorless cameras and professional studio lighting.
- Demonstrable portfolio of clinical, portrait, or studio photography.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom for image editing and retouching.
- Understanding of clinical photography standards and experience capturing standardized before/after images.
- Strong digital asset management skills and familiarity with metadata tagging and secure file transfer.
- Knowledge of patient consent procedures and confidentiality best practices for clinical imaging.
Preferred
- Experience working in healthcare, dermatology, dentistry, or aesthetic clinics.
- Familiarity with studio setup for product and marketing shoots.
- Basic video capture skills for short-form social and patient-education clips.
