Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Photographer to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing high-impact visuals from political events, rallies, and field activities—often in fast-moving, unpredictable environments. Based in Lucknow, you will be required to undertake extensive travel across Uttar Pradesh, transforming on-ground moments into compelling visual narratives that align with our strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Cover rallies, events, and on-ground political activities to capture candidate interactions and key moments.
- Manage the end-to-end photography workflow independently, ensuring all assets are organised and archived correctly.
- Execute rapid editing and delivery of high-quality images for immediate use across media and digital platforms.
- Utilise professional editing software, specifically Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop, to maintain a high standard of visual output.
- Work effectively under significant pressure to meet tight deadlines within a fast-paced campaign environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Photography, Mass Communication, or Multimedia Design preferred.
- 1–5 years of proven experience in event, political, or field photography.
- Advanced proficiency in photo editing suites and a strong eye for detail, pacing, and composition.
- Ownership of professional photography gear, including cameras and lenses, is a mandatory requirement.
- Prior experience working with a production house, news channel, or political consulting firm is a significant advantage.
Additional Information
- Location: Lucknow (Extensive travel across Uttar Pradesh required).
- Travel & Allowances: During assigned tours, stay, food, and travel expenses will be covered by the company.
- Candidates must be comfortable with the unpredictable nature of on-ground political campaigning.
Salary: Competitive, based on experience (₹32,000 - ₹35,000 per month)
