Photographer and Videographer (in-House)

CTC: 30,000 – 40,000 per month

JOB TITLE- In-House Photographer & Videographer (Hospitality)

Role Summary

We are looking to hire a full-time, in-house Photographer & Videographer to capture compelling visuals across our restaurant brands and an upcoming hotel brand. This role demands a balance of technical excellence and creative storytelling, with a strong eye for food, people, spaces, and experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Photography & Videography

Capture high-quality visuals of:

• Food (plated shots, action shots, ASMR-friendly content)

• Restaurant interiors, ambience, and service flow

• Hotel rooms, banquets, and guest experiences

• People-focused content including staff, guests, and founder-led shoots

Execution & Collaboration

• Execute shoots based on approved creative briefs

• Work closely with the Creative Lead and Editing team

• Assist with spontaneous and real-time shoots (events, BTS, live service hours)

Technical Ownership

• Manage lighting, framing, and camera movements

• Ensure consistent visual quality and brand alignment across all outputs

• Maintain brand-specific aesthetics for multiple concepts

Skills & Experience Required

• 3–5 years of professional experience in Photography & Videography

Strong portfolio showcasing:

• Food photography

• Hospitality & lifestyle content

Hands-on experience with:

• Short-form videos and Reels

• Indoor and ambient lighting setups

• Ability to adapt visuals to different brand identities

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working with restaurants, cafés, or hotels

• Understanding of Instagram Reels formats and trends

• Comfort working in fast-paced, live environments
