Requirement
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in photography and videography, gained through agency, freelance, in-house, or related roles.
- Proficiency in industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or equivalent tools.
- Strong knowledge of camera operation, lighting techniques, composition, color correction, and video production workflows.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail across all stages of photo and video production.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently when required.

- A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across various photography and videography projects, including events, products, corporate content, lifestyle, and social media campaigns.
- Proven creative ability to produce visually compelling content that aligns with brand objectives and audience engagement goals.
- Experience adapting creative concepts to different brand identities, marketing campaigns, and content strategies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly in dynamic shooting environments.
- Experience creating and optimizing content for social media platforms, including short-form video, reels, stories, and promotional assets.
- Understanding of current visual trends, content marketing, and digital storytelling techniques.
- Experience with content planning, pre-production, and on-location shoot coordination is an advantage.
