About the RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled Photographer & Video Editor who can handle both production + post-production. The candidate should have hands-on experience, a strong portfolio, and must be available full-time in-house.
This is a high-ownership role where you'll work on real brand campaigns, shoots, reels, ad creatives, corporate videos, and cinematic storytelling.
Key ResponsibilitiesPhotography- Product, lifestyle, caf/hospitality, interior, event & corporate shoots
- Creative direction for shoots: angles, lighting, setups, moodboards
- Capture high quality raw shots ready for editing & campaigns
- Ensure proper composition, color balance & visual consistency
Video Production- Shoot reels, ads, brand films, corporate videos & event coverage
- Handle camera setup, stabilization, framing and lighting
- Record high-quality audio when needed
Editing & Post Production- Edit videos for Instagram reels, ads, YouTube & campaigns
- Color correction / grading and audio polishing
- Add transitions, subtitles, effects, graphics (where required)
- Edit photos professionally: retouching, color grading & enhancement
- Ensure edits match brand aesthetics and campaign requirements
Must-Have Skills Strong photography skills + real shoot experience
Strong editing skills (video + photo)
Creative eye for storytelling & aesthetics
Ability to work on tight timelines with clean output
Understand social media format requirements (Reels/Ads)
Software Requirements- Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro
- Adobe Lightroom + Photoshop
- After Effects (Good to have)
- Canva & CapCut (Good to have for quick edits)
Eligibility Criteria- Minimum 13 years of experience in photography + video editing
- Portfolio is mandatory (Drive / Behance / Insta / Website)
- NO freelancing allowed (strictly full-time commitment)
- Candidate must be punctual and available for shoots as per schedule
