About the Role:

We are looking for a versatile Photographer & Photo Editor who can handle both shoots and post-production. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on-ground as well as behind the screen, and wants to grow in a fast-paced creative startup.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and execute photo shoots (events, brands, lifestyle, etc.)

* Handle camera, lighting, and basic setup independently

* Capture high-quality photos as per client requirements

* Edit and retouch images (color correction, skin retouching, cropping, etc.)

* Maintain consistency in style and brand guidelines

* Deliver projects within deadlines

* Manage and organize shoot data and files

Requirements:

* 0–2 years of experience in photography and photo editing

* Hands-on experience with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras

* Basic understanding of lighting and composition

* Proficiency in editing tools (Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop)

* Creative eye for detail and aesthetics

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Willingness to learn, adapt, and take feedback

Salary & Growth:

* Annual Package: 2,40,000 – 2,80,000

* Performance-based increments
