We are looking for an experienced photo and video editor with a strong background in real estate media. You will help transform raw property visuals into high-quality, compelling content that showcases every property at its best. Estimated project volume: 80120 projects per month, with each project containing 3590 photos and a 13 minute video.
You will be working for a Dutch company. We are a fast-growing outsourcing agency, and you will deliver work directly for Dutch real estate clients. Clear, direct (Western-style) communication is essential.
What you will do
- Edit real estate photos, including:
- Optimizing color and lighting
- Virtually recoloring, removing color casts
- Replacing skies on bad weather days
- Blurring private photos and removing photographer reflections
- Edit and assemble simple real estate videos (correct order, smooth flow) using DaVinci Resolve
- Edit 360 photos and create virtual tours
- Collaborate closely with our team and deliver assignments on time
- Work on behalf of our Dutch clients, where reliability, consistency and quality matter
Who we are looking for
- 35+ years of professional photo & video editing experience
- Strong, proven affinity with photo & video editing
- Skilled in professional photo & video editing software
- Detail-oriented, creative, and able to meet tight deadlines (preferably 24 hours)
- Quick in implementing feedback
- Consistent and reliable in quality delivery
- Experience with 360 photography / virtual tours is a strong plus
Contract type
This role starts as a freelance contract, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position based on performance and mutual fit. Salary: 69 LPA per annum.
