Responsibilities would be
- Continuous supervision of the tools for proper operation.
- Perform preventive maintenance as per schedules given by OEM/BKM.
- Perform period calibrations of metrology/process tools.
- Perform troubleshooting & fix the day in day out issues to ensure the tool is available for experiments/Operations.
- Manage the spare parts requirement/Procurement/Minimum stock availability for ensuring continuous tool operation.
- Document all the BKM, Lesson learnt for future reference.
Requirements:
3 years diploma or 4 years engineering in in any of the following-Chemical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical.
- Required to have minimum 5 years relevant experience in semiconductor wafer fabrication/Clean room environment.
- Should be able to perform maintenance/calibration/ troubleshooting of semiconductor process/metrology equipments.
- Must have demonstrated working knowledge of advanced electro-mechanical systems operations and maintenance and be able to work with minimal or no assistance.
- Adequate knowledge of basic electronic, pneumatics theory, principles of electrical circuits, motor control systems are needed.
- Good team player and support process engineers for DOE and other process related experiments.
- Experience in Photolithography coater/Developer & Exposure tools is must. Experience in Photolithography coater/Developer (TEL -Act 8) Exposure tools is must. Developer/Mask aligners.
- Experience in Scanner/Stepper- Nikon.
- Knowledge of Photolithography process is added advantage.
