Role OverviewWe are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Photo Editor to enhance and deliver high-quality wedding images. This role involves working closely with photographers and the creative team to maintain a consistent editing style and deliver polished final outputs.
Key Responsibilities- Edit and retouch wedding photographs (color correction, exposure, skin tones, cropping, etc.)
- Maintain consistency with The Wedding Fellas signature editing style
- Cull and shortlist images when required
- Manage large volumes of photo data efficiently
- Deliver edited photos within defined timelines
- Collaborate with photographers and designers for album creation
- Ensure high-quality output for both digital and print formats
- Organize and maintain proper file structure and backups
Requirements- 25 years of experience in photo editing (wedding/lifestyle preferred)
- Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop
- Strong understanding of color grading and visual aesthetics
- Ability to handle bulk editing without compromising quality
- Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and consistency
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in wedding photography companies or studios
- Knowledge of album design workflows
- Basic understanding of photography (lighting, composition, etc.)
- Familiarity with tools like Capture One (optional)
