DARK STUDIO is looking for acreative and technically strong Photo cum Video Editorwho can handle bothhigh-end real estate photo editingandprofessional video editingwith a strong visual sense.
This role is for someone who understands not just software, but alsoaesthetics, storytelling, rhythm, finishing quality, and creative execution.
Role Overview
We are looking for amid-level to senior editor, not an entry-level candidate.
The ideal person should be confident in editingHDR real estate and interior photographs, while also being capable of creatingprofessional long-format video editsas well asshort-form reelsthat feel sharp, engaging, and polished.
You should have a strong eye for detail, a creative mindset, and the ability to adapt to different editing styles and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Photo Editing
- EditHDR real estate / interior photographsto a professional standard
- Performadvanced masking, exposure balancing, blending, color correction, retouching, and perspective correction
- Deliver clean, natural, and premium-looking final outputs
- Use the right post-production tools, includingAI-based tools wherever required, to improve speed and quality
- Maintain consistency across large batches of edited images
Video Editing
- Editlong-format professional videossuch as walkthroughs, brand films, and presentation-style edits
- Editshort-form reelswith strong pacing, engaging cuts, transitions, music sync, and effects
- Understandmusic, rhythm, timing, sound design, and storytelling flow
- Apply propercolor grading, sequencing, finishing, and export workflows
- Bring a strongcreative perspectiveinstead of only doing basic edits
What We're Looking For
- 36+ years of relevant practical experiencein both photo and video editing
- Strong experience inHDR editing, masking, blending, color grading, retouching, and correction workflows
- Good understanding ofmusic, pacing, transitions, effects, and storytelling
- Ability to switch betweenprofessional long editsandshort reelsdepending on project needs
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
- Comfortable adapting tonew editing styles, tools, workflows, and creative challenges
- Someone with bothtechnical skill and creative maturity
Technical Requirements
- Must have aproper editing setup / workstationcapable of handling:
- High-resolution photo files
- 4K / 6K footage
- 60fps workflows
- Should be able to manage large project files, smooth previews, exports, backups, and professional delivery pipelines
- Reliable internet connection for file transfers and remote collaboration

Compensation
- Fixed salary
