Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Phonics Teacher. The Phonics Teacher will plan and deliver structured phonics lessons for young learners, using interactive and multisensory methods to build letter recognition, sound awareness, and early reading skills. Daily tasks include preparing lesson materials, teaching live or recorded online classes, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback to families or caregivers. The role also involves maintaining clear communication with the academy's team, participating in periodic training or planning sessions, and adapting teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Teaching and Education skills, with experience working with young learners.
- Candidates should possess effective Lesson Planning skills to design structured, engaging phonics activities.

- Candidates should possess Training experience or a willingness to engage in ongoing professional development.
